Build your future with usOur Commercial Lines department is seeking an associate system support analyst to assist the Commercial Application Systems team with workflow task management and system defect corrections for Commercial Lines operating systems including, but not limited to, e-CLAS, Cinergy, Enterprise Workbench, Enterprise Document Manager, and MVR Database applications.
Many departments at our headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week.
Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.
Starting Pay:
The pay range for this position is $21.
63 - $23.
00 hourly.
The pay determination is based on the applicants education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
maintain commercial lines workflow by investigating and redirecting failed Workbench tasks for agency endorsement requests.
research various types of Task Creation Failures by correcting submission and policy grid information and creating a task if needed.
monitor policies locked in processing and create incidents in SpiraPlan to allow for triage and correction by development team.
provide Cinergy support for agents and associates by resolving locked policies, blocked submissions and re-entry of submissions and quotes.
process policy corrections on operating systems such as e-CLAS and Cinergy for system defect fixes.
support Disaster Recovery testing on a monthly and annual basis oversee policies locked during the CinciBill non-pay cancellation/recission process, reversing prior transaction if needed, allowing CinciBill process to complete.
maintain CAS community SharePoint by posting defects, updating training materials, password maintenance.
collaborate with Premium Audit to correct policies that require resolution of a fix reapply transaction in e-CLAS.
ensure timely processing of policies requiring an anniversary review transaction by advising commercial associates assigned to the agency.
perform work in an orderly and timely manner carry out additional duties as assigned participate in multi-departmental meetings
Qualifications:
Be equipped with:
basic knowledge and understanding of coverage forms, departmental procedures, guidelines and manuals computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams ability to learn and master new technical programs including, but not limited to, Helix SmartIT, Enterprise Workbench, EDM, e-CLAS, Cinergy, Spiraplan, Jira, and MVR Database good oral and written communication skills good organizational skills with attention to detail good decision-making skills ability to adapt to change & multi-task self-motivated; able to work independently and within a team environment desire to pursue further continuing education ability to prioritize workflow to be results oriented, meeting all deadlines some familiarity with non-CLD departments Enhance your talents Providing outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
